The five-star Kempinski Hotel Bahia in Estepona is set to update its lobby and culinary areas, as part of an extensive investment.

The management team and architects, Akos Bara, aim to create modern, elegant and opulent public spaces, embracing the very essence of Kempinski Hotels, Europe’s oldest luxury Hotel Collection,  andsynonymous with luxury travel worldwide.

The redesign will take place from December 2017 to March 2018, with the hotel and spa closed from December 11 2017 until February 16 2018.

General Manager Carla Lopes commented. “I’m extremely proud to lead this project and we will return to the market in a stronger position as we unveil a contemporary, luxurious environment that also celebrates our hotel’s heritage and beachfront location.”

With a completion date set for March 2018, the hotel will be fully operational for the Easter season. The culinary venues will boast in vogue dining concepts and the resplendent new lobby will be an elegant space,  positioning the hotel as a leading player within the Costa del Sol  The redesign is part of a wider investment and forms part of the company’s long-term vision for the resort.
