Basque property developers Grupo Gailur officially presented Benalús, the company’s first project in Andalucía, to the Press this morning.

Located on the Golden Mile, Benalús comprises of 28 homes, priced from €940,000 – €3 million, making a total investment of €50 million. Construction has already started on the site, located at the western end of the Golden Mile, and the development is due for completion at the end of 2022.

Lauching the development at the Press presentation, Felipe Gómez, Grupo Gailur director, commented “”It is undoubtedly the best showcase at European level and among the best in the world in the field of high-end residential development. This promotion is our first entry into Andalusia as an investment area, but it will not be the last”.

The group has appointed Engel & Völkers Marbella as its exclusive marketing company. Smadar Kahana, managing director of Engel & Völkers Marbella, highlighted the international demand for projects such as Benalús “Given the exceptional location of Benalús, we have received enquiries from different countries. Sixty percent of our potential clients are international”.

Benalús will also feature a spa service, private and communal swimming pools, communal solarium, gym and chill-out area, surrounded by 7,000 sq.m of protected green areas. The developement is also expected to create 60 local jobs.
