Marbella once again proved that it has plent of heart as well as soul, as Villa Tiberio was once again the venue for the Spring into Summer charity gala.

Organised by the indefatigable Caro Rand (above) , the event raised much needed funds for both Children with Cancer UK and CUDECA.

Over 300 guests enjoyed a fabulous evening of entertainment featuring some of the best known singers on the coast, as well as a special guest appearance from an amazing trio of singers from London’s West End, as well as the Ukraine.

The lively auction, hosted by UK comedian Danny Posthill, as well as a raffle, raised over €30,000 on the night, a figure that was added to by a €10,000 donation from the Smurfitt Foundation, bringing the total to over €40,000!
