One of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, the old Aresbank building, is set to open as a restaurant and bar complex.

The ambitious plan for the building, which has stood derelict for decades, is the latest plan from Marbella uberchef Dani García, in association with Grupo Mosh, who already own Playa Padre, Momento Marbella, Motel Particulier and Mosh Fun Kitchen. The project is expected to open its doors in 2024
Built in the mid-80s by Estudio Oliver, at the height of Arab tourism in Marbella, Aresbank has an area of more than 2,000 square metres that includes underground parking, a garden and a main floor. The ambitious restoration project was welcomed by Marbella mayor Ángeles Muñoz as she visited the building this week.
