Marbella is continuing to perform strongly as a luxury residential tourism and property destination, despite the ongoing coronavirus conditions. That fact was underlined at the launch this week of La Fuente, a luxury development of 15 villas in the heart of Marbella.
La Fuente is international real estate company Firce Capital’s latest project in Marbella. Located in the area known as ‘La Fuente’, it’s one of the few free plots in the city centre and located next to the Vigil de Quinones.
Firce Capital will build an exclusive complex of 15 luxury villas in Marbella. The construction will start in spring 2021 and will be ready by 2022 and the prices range between 1.9-2.9 million euros. This project, which will be marketed exclusively by Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile, once again demonstrates that real estate development in Marbella is not suffering the consequences of the health crisis.
The development was presented at a press conference by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Francisca Caracuel, the CEO of the International real estate company Firce Capital, Christophe Fournage and the director of the Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile office, Smadar Kahana.
‘La Fuente’is one of a number of investmenst that Firce Capital plans to make in Spain. Firce Capital, is a leading European Real Estate company that manages a portfolio of assets of 400,000 m2 and over 2 billion euros in France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. Until now, it had focused on the residential, office and retail sectors, as well as the ‘mix-use’, but its directors have decided to move into luxury residential property and specifically Marbella.
