It may not open the flood gates, but restrictions on arrivals into Spain have been relaxed further.
This means that tourists who meet certain regulations are now able to return to Spain.

Spanish Embassies around the world issued new guidance over the weekend announcing the relaxation of border controls.
Visitors to Spain must be fully vaccinated with an EMA or WHO approved vaccine, with documentary evidence to prove they have received the jabs.
Whilst controls on arrivals into Spain have relaxed, Spain remains on the British government’s amber list, meaning people must quarantine on their return to the UK and should not travel for holidays.
