The Junta de Andalicia’s Elías Bendodo detailed three projects that they had planned. The luxury hotel resort Las Dunas Club, the Siete Revueltas Resort hotel complex and the third, a 5-star hotel and tertiary Banús-Exhibition Centre.

Bendodo unveiled the new investment at a confrence organised by Diario Sur in Marbella.

The project for the construction of the luxury hotel resort Las Dunas Club has a planned investment of 200 million euros and an estimated job creation of 300 people during the construction phase and 180 during the management phase of the project. .

The construction of the Siete Revueltas Resort hotel complex, a planned investment of 77 million euros and 448 jobs is estimated, while the 5-star tertiary hotel Banús-Centro de Exposiciones has a planned investment of 134 million euros. euros and job creation of 745 positions.

Bendodo, after explaining that the ‘project managers’ will be in charge of streamlining all the procedures for the start-up of these three constructions, reminded his audience that the project accelerator unit was another innovation of the provincial government chaired by Juanma Moreno , which is “completely convinced” that the Andalusian Administration “cannot be a brake on the economy.”
