Ten Things I love About Marbella, with Viktoriya Gardiner Events Manager and Co-owner of Mundo Mania family entertainment centre in Cancelada.

Best View  I only moved here last August, so I am still blown away by the sea views and love to walk along the paseo and drink it all in.

Best for Eating  There are so many great places, but I like Camuri at Laguna Village, as it’s right on the beach so the kids can play and the food and service is fantastic, plus the prices are reasonable.

Best for Coffee  I am going to have to say Mundo Mania for this one, as we’ve just launched weekly coffee mornings on Wednesdays at 11am for Mums and the under threes to enjoy great coffee, meet new people and let the kids play.

Best to show the real Marbella I would say Plaza Village at Puente Romano, you can see all the nationalities, tourists and residents getting together to enjoy the great atmosphere, have a few drinks or something to eat, I love it there.

Best for quiet moments – With three young children and a demanding job, it’s hard to get quiet time, so my quiet place is the gym, where I can just zone out, get physical and have time to myself.

Best for lively ones  When you have babysitters then Plaza Village is fantastic, but if not then Mundo Mania. The kids are happy, we have a wide range of wines, beers and spirits and a great food menu, so parents can chat, watch the sports and just hang out in a nice environment while the kids run about and have a blast.

Couldn’t live without  I have to say my kids, although it’s hard and they drive me crazy at times, I couldn’t do without them.

Best shopping  Puerto Banus is a great place to shop, for both the designer boutiques and the more affordable options in El Coret Ingles and Marina Banus shopping centre. I haven’t been there for a while though!

Personal Best  Coming up with the idea of Mundo Mania and building the business with my family and friends to make it a reality.

What Marbella means to me  Being able to combine family with work and a great lifestyle and always be close to the sea. It’s an amazing lifestyle for the children and I am looking forward to getting to know it even better this year!
