Luxury development Palo Alto, located in the hills above Marbella, officially launched two new “naturally modern living” phases, Granados and Ceibas, last week.
Comprising of 60 new apartments, Granados is built on the highest point of Palo Alto, providing residents with exceptional panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de las Nieves national park, while Ceibas is a smaller exclusive community with only ten apartments.
On a warm late July afternoon, real estate professionals, local leaders including the Mayor of Ojén, José Antonio Gómez, and community members attended the premiere of Granados, Ceibas and the presentation of Palo Alto South in a poolside event
In addition, guests were invited to explore the latest phase of the development, Pinsapos, due to be handed over to the newest members of the Palo Alto Community in the coming weeks and learn about the wider Palo Alto North residences that are currently under development.
Matias Villarroel, Palo Alto Development Director at Round Hill Capital Spain, said: “Palo Alto has transformed the landscape and residential community in Ojén. When completed, Palo Alto will welcome over 500 homeowners and represent a €300m investment. Today, we are excited to launch 70 new apartments across Granados and Ceibas”.
Residents at Granados will enjoy access to a full rangeof services, and amenities including 24/7 security and concierge services at the Gate House and
exclusive access to the Palo Alto Club.The Palo Alto Club offers a tranquil space to meet fellow residents or relax in solitude on the
sundeck, terrace or lounge. The community can also exercise in the state-of-the-art gym or choose to indulge in the spa area, equipped with a hammam, sauna, plunge pool, and an indoor heated pool featuring a counter-current system.
Palo Alto is also set to launch a farmers’ market, where residents can purchase locally sourced, organic produce directly from Andalusian farmers.
