Otero Group consolidates its expansion with a €35m luxury villa development in the Campo de Gibraltar

Health crisis or no health crisis, the demand for luxury villas with seas views continues. Recognising this demand promoters Otero Group announced the development of Oceanic, a residential development of 25 luxury villas situated in Manilva, between Sotogrande and Puerto de la Duquesa. The group’s fourth real estate project in the municipality of Campo de Gibraltar, the company is taking full control of the design, construction and marketing.

Oceanic is located with some of the finest views of the Mediterranean coast and across to Morocco, The license for the residential development, which is expected to be completed in mid 2022, will be applied for in October. The project was officially launched on Thursday , with the mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, the Delegate of Tourism in Málaga, Nuria Rodríguez Cubero, and Rubén Otero, CEO of Otero Group all in attendance.

“Responsable investments will always be welcome by the Manilva Town Hall as this type of construction improves the local economy and provides many possibilities, as well as sustainable growth .” stated mayor Jiménez.

With Oceanic, Otero Group aims to create a luxurious family environment. Each plot has two styles of villas, parting from the option of minimalist design with Oceanic Silver, expanding to a more elaborate design such as Oceanic Gold, and culminating in a more affluent design, represented in the Unique Villa. This unique one floor home is aimed for the more elderly with special features designed for their particular needs.

Oceanic is expected to create round 120 direct and indirect jobs, and the development already has five reservations from international clients.
