Marbella Mayor Jose Bernal proved his sea legs by going aboard and commenting noted that “It is very satisfying that the Nao Victoria is berthing in Marbella because it will allow citizens, and especially children, to find how it sailed five hundred years” and said that “it is recognition of the Spaniards of the time, who staged a great maritime feat, and is also a fun and educational proposal. ”
This is the first time this iconic ship has visited Marbella. The Nao Victoria is , 26 meters long and 7 wide and built in wood, giving visitors the opportunity to find out more about the fabulous history of the vessel., its forms, details, maneuvers and how was the its marine life. In the winery they will approach the life of a crew that today continues to sail aboard this unique ship.
Visiting hours are from 11.00 to 20.00 with tickets is € 2 for children aged 5 to 10 years and €3 euros for adults.
