Once again the beaches of Malaga province were busy last night with crowds celebrating Noche de San Juan
And once again those same beaches were left looking like disaster zones – strewn with bottles and bags thoughtlessly discarded by those careless crowds.

I know that there was never a “Keep Spain Tidy” campaign in the 70s.
But is it just me that sees the irony on a night when you are meant to go into the water to purify your sins, you end up polluting the beaches instead? Just saying…
