Wine lovers can raise a glass in celebration as Delicias Gourmet has opened La Cripta, its exclusive wine cellar located in the gourmet store and restaurant in Nueva Andalucía.
Housing more 1,200 bottles of premium wines and special vintages, La Cripta aims to be a focal point in Marbella for wine lovers, who will be able to buy bottles from prestigious national and international wineries. Wines featured include vintages for Vega Sicilia Único, Pingus by Peter Sisseck, L’Ermita by Álvaro Palacios, as well as a selection of the main Bordeaux, champagnes, fortified wines, cavas and limited editions of Macallan.
La Cripta also has a large collection of wines with 100 Parker Points such as Pingus 2014, El Pisón 2004, Toro Albalá Convento Selección 1946, Torbreck The Laird 2005, L’Ermita 2013, Reliquia Barbadillo Palo Cortado, Pérez Barquero 1905 Amontillado Solera Fundacional or Petrus 2010.
Wine Club
The Wine Club of La Cripta by Delicias Gourmet Group is distinguished club for members. Members will be able to enjoy private sales with access to exclusive wines, special discounts in the fortnightly El Club selection, personalised advice from the Delicias Gourmet sommeliers Group, a free home delivery service, and discounts and invitations to tastings and pairings. The annual fee is €150 and includes a cumulative bonus of €5 for every €50 purchase of wines and one wine tourism meeting per year, which includes a visit to a winery with breakfast and tasting.
